Who Knows
Inspired by:
Ecclesiastes 6:12 “For who knoweth what is good for man in this life, all the days of his vain life which he spendeth as a shadow? for who can tell a man what shall be after him under the sun?”
All the plans I had,
all the ways I thought
I'd do God's work –
most of them
came to naught.
But somehow it seems
I lived as I ought.
Who knows, but
God did things
I knew not of,
moving my life
like a hand in a glove,
to set in place ways
to express his love.
